General Clinic Information

  • What services do you offer? We offer an integrative, multidisciplinary approach including: Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Osteopathy, Naturopathy, Psychotherapy, Lactation Consultation, and Myofunctional Therapy.
  • Where are your clinics located? We have two main locations to serve you:
  • Do you only see children? While we are one of the first private paediatric clinics in the GTA, we have grown to serve all ages, from newborns and infants to seniors.

Booking & Your First Visit

  • How do I book an appointment? You can book many of our practitioners through our Jane App online portal. However, for specific practitioners (like Tema, Samara or Ben in Toronto) or for Paediatric Occupational Therapy, please call our office directly at 416-444-2125.
  • Do I need a doctor’s referral? It depends on the insurance company, we recommend checking with your specific insurance provider, as some plans may require a note for reimbursement.

Fees & Insurance

  • What are your rates? Fees vary by service and practitioner. For example:
    • Osteopathy: ~$170 for 60 minutes.
    • Physiotherapy/Occupational Therapy: ~$150 for 60 minutes.
    • Psychotherapy: Individual sessions are approximately $180.
  • Do you offer direct billing? No for all our services you are responsible for payment at the time of the session. We provide a detailed receipt for you to submit to your extended health insurance.
  • Is therapy covered by OHIP? No, our services are not covered by OHIP. Most clients use private extended health insurance or pay out-of-pocket.

Policies

  • What is your cancellation policy? We require 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes. Appointments missed or canceled without 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the session fee.
  • Are your facilities accessible? Yes! Both our North York and Innisfil locations are stroller and wheelchair accessible, and we offer ample free parking.
