Faiza Abdullah is an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner with a strong foundation in movement science and women’s health. She holds both an undergraduate and Master’s degree in Kinesiology from York University and is registered with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario. Faiza is also a certified mat and reformer Pilates instructor, bringing a well-rounded, functional approach to patient care.

Faiza completed her osteopathic manual training through the Sutherland-Chan School of Osteopathy, where she developed a deep appreciation for the body’s ability to heal when supported through gentle, hands-on treatment. Her clinical approach combines osteopathic principles with her background in exercise and rehabilitation to help patients reduce pain, restore mobility, and build resilience for long-term wellbeing.

She enjoys working with individuals of all ages, with a special interest in prenatal, postpartum, and paediatric Osteopathic care. Faiza is passionate about supporting mothers through the physical changes of pregnancy, recovery after birth, and the unique demands of early motherhood. She also values providing gentle care for infants and children, particularly following challenging births or during key developmental stages.

Her research has focused on postpartum low back pain following cesarean delivery, reflecting her commitment to advancing care in maternal health. Faiza continues to expand her clinical knowledge and is dedicated to providing compassionate, individualized treatment that supports each patient’s health and healing journey.
