I have had the privilege of building my career as a Registered Nurse in Kitchener Waterloo over the last 15 years. I have experience working in both the Emergency Department (ED), and the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Grand River Hospital. Recently my family and I relocated to our hometown of Barrie, Ontario.

My personal difficulties with breastfeeding fueled my interest in understanding lactation and led me to become an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC).

My work as both an RN, and IBCLC within the NICU/postpartum areas has allowed me to gain experience assisting mothers with breastfeeding their babies, whether they be preterm, late preterm, singletons or multiples.

It is truly an honor to be welcomed by families during this special and sometimes difficult time in their lives.
