ABOUT FOOTPRINTS THERAPY

Footprints Therapy is one of the first private paediatric therapy clinic to have been established in the GTA over 35 years ago. Our philosophy encourages collaboration between therapy specialist to promote an optimal outcome for each client. Our clinic provides a high standard of care with Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Osteopathy, Naturopathy, Psychotherapy, and Lactation Consultation to all age groups but specialize in infants and babies. Our office staff, our clinic setting and the expertise of our practitioners allow us to offer the best of care in a warm, inviting atmosphere.

Helping children and adults of all ages maximize their potential is what we are all about. Our vision is to offer holistic health care. We tailor our intervention to the current needs of the client and refer within and outside of our clinic if necessary.

Osteopathy

Osteopathic Treatment – Help for people of all ages and stages pre and post natal care, infants, children, teens, adults and seniors.

Physiotherapy

Our physiotherapists work with each child to improve range of motion, to build strength and endurance and improve balance – all necessary in achieving maximum functional independence.

Occupational Therapy

A form of intervention in which the therapist & child work to develop or improve the necessary skills for daily living through activity.

Naturopathic Medicine

Naturopathic medicine represents a unique primary health care approach that harmoniously blends modern scientific knowledge with traditional and natural medical practices.

Lactation Consultant

We work together with mothers to prevent and solve breastfeeding problems and to provide comprehensive care that supports, protects and promotes breastfeeding.

Psychotherapy / Play Therapy

Play therapy provides a safe and secure space for children and teens to process life events in smaller, more manageable pieces.
