Oriana Wong
Registered Occupational Therapist
Oriana completed her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy (MScOT) at the University of Toronto. She has worked with and learned from individuals in diverse walks of life, from children and caregivers at an Early Intervention Centre, to adults and older adults experiencing impacts of neurological and mental health conditions. Her OT practice also integrates skills and knowledge from her multifaceted life sciences degree – an Honours Bachelor of Science in Physiology, Nutritional Sciences, and Psychology, also completed at the University of Toronto. Her experiences spanned from clinical and basic research to developmental psychology and neuroanatomy.
Oriana embraces each opportunity to connect with families and support each child in reaching their unique potential. She values integrity, respect, trust, compassion, and creativity. Oriana’s OT practice is based on providing holistic and child-centered care. She is excited to work with children, families, and health care teams towards sustainable higher quality of life and well-being.
Oriana believes in recognizing the special possibilities, strengths, and challenges, of each child in their specific context. She aims to meet children and families where they are with compassion to design individualized plans and work towards the goals of each family.
Oriana is registered with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO). She is a member of the Ontario Society of Occupational Therapists (OSOT).
